views from the house as well as the 245 foot expanse of oceanfront, right at your doorstep.
Look for St. Thomas, Culebra and the main island of Puerto Rico as
they rise from the clearing mist of the dawn. Listen to the rhythm
of the waves caressing the silver sands of the beach
it is a
paradise still to be discovered.
Spend the day exploring the pristine beaches and coves of the
beautiful island of Vieques. Enjoy horseback riding, biking, hiking,
tennis, fishing, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, diving, sailing,
kayaking, collecting seashells and sea glass, bird watching at the
nearby bird sanctuary, or just curl up in the
hammock with your favorite book under the palm trees. Isabel
Segunda, the village just minutes away from Casa del Marullo, offers
the visitor local and gourmet cuisine, as well as delightful markets
and shops.
Savor
the refreshing trade winds and breathe the fresh air as you stroll
on the beach in front of the house.
This spacious, airy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has every amenity to
ensure that your stay in Vieques at Casa del Marullo is comfortable,
relaxing and fun-filled.
The
comfortable Great Room is decorated in a tasteful Caribbean style.
From this room you can walk out through the French doors onto the
terrace with its breathtaking views of the ocean. This two bedroom
home is completely air-conditioned and can comfortably accommodate
four to six people. The sofa
in the Great Room doubles as a pull-out
queen-size sleeper and there is an aero bed for the unexpected
guest.
The
master bedroom, with ocean views, has a queen size bed and attached
bathroom. The light-filled second bedroom has a king size bed. The
bathroom is across from the bedroom.
As the sun sets with its radiant tropical colors, enjoy a cool passion fruit punch or margarita on the veranda, cook on the, and take in the sounds of the night, observing the brilliance of the stars and the iridescent crests of the waves

Our car, a Nissan Pathfinder SUV , is automatic, has A/C and is
fully equipped. It will seat 5 people comfortably and rents for $50
per day.

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the entire amount is required so that we can confirm
your reservation. A confirmed reservation obligates both of us for the
entire length of the reservation. Deposits are not transferable to
another date but may be transferred to one of your friends/family in
your place. Full payment must be received 1 month (4 weeks) before date
of arrival.
Confirmation: A confirmation will be e-mailed/faxed/mailed to you
as soon as we receive your deposit.
Cancellation Fee: Cancellation fee is 20% of the total stay if we
are notified 4 weeks in advance of the arrival date and the house can be
rented to another party for your time period. In this case, the deposit
will be returned minus the 20% cancellation fee. In the event of a late
cancellation and the house cannot be re-booked, the deposit will not be
refunded.
Security Deposit: A security deposit is
required one month before arrival.
Early Departure: If you decide to leave sooner than the reserved
days, then you are responsible for the remaining days of the reservation.
Miscellaneous:
No Pets.
In consideration for all our guests, smoking is permitted only on the
veranda and not in the house.
