as a fine art photography studio and is completely decorated with fine
art photography of Vieques and El Yunque, the Rain Forest.

Affordable
one, two or three bedroom guest House is perfectly located within
walking distance of downtown Isabel Segunda, two blocks around the
corner from the post office, and Main Street. Safe and Secure location.
The house is ideal for single travelers, couples or a family, and is
centrally located in Heart of Downtown Isabel Segunda, Vieques, Puerto
Rico.
Conveniently
located and within walking distance of Ferry dock, grocery stores,
shopping, great restaurants, the famous Vieques Fort (the Last Fort
Built by the Spanish) and the famous Vieques Light house.
Use of Kitchen, appliances, gas stove, refrigerator, microware, toaster,
blender, dishes, utensils.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of 50% of the entire stay is required to
confirm a reservation, if booking 90 days or more from the arrival date.
A reservation is not done until the deposit payment has been received. A
confirmed reservation obligates both us at A Beach Bungalow and the
guest for the entire length of stay reserved. Deposits are not
transferable to another date but we do not have a problem in receiving a
friend in your place. The balance of the reservation is due four weeks
prior to your arrival date.
CONFIRMATION
A reservation confirmation will be emailed or mailed back
to you with a confirmation number once the deposit payment has been
received.
CANCELLATION FEE
There is a cancellation fee of 15% of total stay. If we
are notified of a cancellation at least 4 weeks ahead of arrival date,
and the suite can be rented to another party for your time period, the
deposit will be refunded less the 15% cancellation fee. In the event of
a late cancellation and the suite can not be re-booked, the deposit will
not be refunded.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
To protect ourselves in cases of extreme property abuse,
we require a contract that will be signed by the guest on arrival or a
money order for $250. In case of minimal or no damage, the credit card
slip or money order will be returned to the guest.
EARLY DEPARTURES
If the guest decides to leave early, he/she is still
responsible for the remaining days of the reservation.
MINIMUM STAY
Reservation requests for a minimum stay of five nights in
high season and three nights in low season are accepted. Shorter stays
might become available, call us.
