a webmaster's visit

Vieques is a sleepy little island about eight miles off the east coast of Puerto Rico. It is one the three inhabited islands of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. It's about 21 miles long and about 5 miles across at its widest point. The U.S. Navy occupies about 70% of the island leaving the center 30% to the civilian population.
