	Graphical web sites and E-commerce sites are billed at the rate of $40/hr.
	By definition, a graphic based website is one that uses images to form the entire page or the greater page of the site and requires either complete design of the entire page as one image, which is then cut up into pieces to build the site or a composite of images and text. These images can be built from stock or custom made graphics and assembled in a program like Photoshop before it's made into a web page. It may also contain Flash animation.. *The only caution I would mention on the design of this type of site is the difficulty of the Search Engines to index the site, because of the lack of text to place it, as there is no content per se.
