The fishing village of Esperanza, one of the earliest settlements of
Vieques, is on the south side, near Sun Bay, a beautiful, mile long,
palm-tree-lined beach.
Located along the beach in Esperanza, The Trade Winds offers affordable
rates, a friendly, congenial atmosphere, and good, old-fashioned hospitality.
All rooms are newly renovated and have private baths and ceiling fans. Most have
terraces and air conditioning is available. Breakfast and dinner are served in
the open air dining veranda, overlooking the sparkling waters of the Caribbean.
