There are many companies on the "Big Island" of Puerto
Rico, who act as support services for Vieques.
They provide ground Transportation from the airports in San
Juan to Fajardo and the ferry terminal and short hop airport in Fajardo.
Their costs run in the same range as the taxis from San Juan, but come
highly recommended, and in some cases, for additional fees, will also give
you a tour of the Rainforest, or other places of interest.
They are friendly, and good at their jobs.
