2007

Hi everyone,

Sorry about the tardiness of the Calendar. Pia sent it, but after I uploaded Vieques Events to their site I spaced.

It's been a great Fall in Vieques, Hot, Humid, but no hurricanes, and that's always good. Thanks again to all of you who support Enchanted-Isle.Com and the work we are trying to do in attracting visitors to the island. I would also like to acknowledge that my "ads", if you want to call them that, in Vieques Events are in Spanish, because I think it's important that the Viequense's themselves are part of this tourism economy. We are visitors. They are the inhabitants, and must be urged to become an integral part of their own destiny, if this economy and the island is to lift itself out of the welfare mentality that the US of A injected into their hearts and minds in order that the Navy could exist here benevolently for as long as it did without putting anything substantial back into the economy.

Get onboard with the redevelopment of Vieques, so everyone gets a chance to have a piece of "the pie".

If "The Power is NOT for All of the People, then it is for NONE!"

Thanks for reading!
